Au sein de la cellule Internal Control Coordination, vous êtes en charge du développement, de l’amélioration, du maintien et de l’implémentation effective du Control Framework.

En tant **qu’Internal Control Officer**, vous contribuez à la promotion d’une Risk Culture & Awareness au sein de l’organisation.
- Concrètement, que représente cette position passionnante pour vous ?_
- Vous analysez les impacts transversaux et les processus end-to-end (E2E)
- Vous rédigez des rapports systématiques sur les déficiences majeures observées pour le Management et les différents Comités de Risque
- Vous émettez des recommandations pour les risques résiduels dépassant le niveau de tolérance accepté
- Vous mettez en place une collaboration effective avec les autres lignes de défense
- Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue d’un environnement de contrôle robuste et à la définition des exigences en termes de contrôles KRI/KCI
- Vous participez au monitoring de l'efficacité et de l’efficience des implémentations réalisées.
- Vous veillez à l’adéquation des plans d'actions (en termes de qualité et de délais) et au respect du planning de mise en œuvre

**Le profil** Alors, ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?**

Vous êtes titulaire d’un bac ou master et avez + de 3 ans d’expérience en Audit Externe (Big 4) ou en Contrôle/Audit Interne dans le domaine de l’assurance

Vous avez une connaissance des principes de contrôle interne et des bonnes pratiques

Vous avez un esprit critique, analytique et synthétique

Vous êtes pragmatique et rigoureux

Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d’une équipe

Vous pouvez vous adapter à différentes situations et interlocuteurs

Vous êtes assertif et vous savez argumenter/négocier

Vous maîtrisez bien le français, le néerlandais et l’anglais
