Binnen de cel Internal Control Coordination ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, de verbetering, het onderhoud en de effectieve implementatie van het Control Framework.

Als **Internal Control Officer** draag je bij tot het bevorderen van een risicocultuur en risicobewustwording binnen de organisatie.
- Wat houdt deze boeiende functie voor jou in ?_
- Je analyseert de transversale impact en de end-to-end-processen (E2E)
- Je stelt systematische rapporten op over de belangrijkste tekortkomingen voor het management en de verschillende risicocomités
- Je formuleert aanbevelingen voor de restrisico's die het aanvaarde tolerantieniveau overschrijden
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking met de andere verdedigingslinies
- Je werkt mee aan de continue verbetering van een robuuste controleomgeving en aan de omschrijving van de eisen op het vlak van KRI/KCI-controles
- Je neemt deel aan het monitoren van de doeltreffendheid en efficiëntie van de uitgevoerde implementaties
- Je ziet toe op de adequaatheid van de actieplannen (in termen van kwaliteit en termijnen) en op de naleving van het uitvoeringsschema

Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in Externe Audit (Big 4) of Interne Controle/Audit op het vlak van verzekeringen

Je hebt een goede kennis van de internecontroleprincipes en van de goede praktijken

Je hebt een kritische, analytische geest en een synthetisch denkvermogen

Je bent pragmatisch en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig

Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken

Je kunt je aanpassen aan verschillende situaties en gesprekspartners

Je bent assertief en kunt argumenteren/onderhandelen

Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
