Bij **VIVISOL B** staat de patiënt centraal. Wij zorgen voor de installatie van medische apparatuur bij de patiënten thuis. Onze dienstverlening omvat o.a. zuurstoftherapie, behandeling van slaapapneu, ademhalingsondersteuning, wondzorg, enterale voeding en monitoring. Naast het leveren van de nodige apparatuur en toebehoren, staan we ook in voor de begeleiding, educatie en opvolging van patiënten. **Jouw uitdaging**

Als Patient Support Officer sta je in voor een efficiënte en betrouwbare dienstverlening aan onze patiënten. Je installeert de nodige apparatuur bij de patiënten thuis en volgt hen correct op ter optimalisatie van de therapie.Als Patient Support Officer sta je in voor een efficiënte en betrouwbare dienstverlening aan onze patiënten. **Jouw voornaamste taken**
- Verantwoordelijk voor de plaatsing, het onderhoud en de afhaling van medische apparatuur bij de patiënten thuis.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de patiënten tijdens de consultatiedagen in ziekenhuizen.
- Configureren van het geplaatste materiaal zoals voorgeschreven door de behandelende arts.
- Controleren van de werking van de apparatuur, instructies geven aan de patiënt m.b.t. gebruik, onderhoud en veiligheid en het vervolledigen van de nodige formulieren.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige registratie met gebruik van onze software.
- Deelnemen aan de wachtdienst (beurtrol om de 4 à 5 weken, telefonisch bereikbaar, uitrijden indien nodig).
- Je rapporteert aan de Team Leader PSO North.

**Jouw troeven**
- Paramedische of biotechnische opleiding en / of ervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie.
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
- Woonachtig tussen Brussel en Antwerpen.
- Nederlandstalig, kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Geduldig en empathisch in de omgang met patiënten.
- Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, betrokken en klantgericht.
