**Job description**:
**Conexus are currently partnered with a Big 4 Consultancy located in Belgium. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SAP APO Consultant to join the successful Belgian Supply Chain team.**
**Responsibiites**
- _ Manage and deliver large, complex client engagements in all its facets and program phases_
- _ Ensure buy-in from client top management, and manage senior client and partner stakeholders to ensure project success_
- _ Develop and maintain contact with senior decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process_
- _ Develop innovative solutions and transformation methodologies, develop "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals_
- _ As a Supply Chain Planning expert and people-minded person, you are keen to share your passion, knowledge and insights with your team and coach junior colleagues to support them in their professional careers._
**Requirements**:
- _ Passionate about Supply Chain Planning/S&OP in a global context with a proven track record of helping clients in this domain_
- _ Proven experience in leading Supply Chain Planning engagements for clients as part of a high-talent team_
- _ Implementation experience with APO_
- _ Experience in building, mentoring and coaching a team of highly talented and motivated supply chain planning consultants_
- _ Fluent in English, any other European language is a strong asset, in particular Dutch and/or French_
