**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Met bijna 700 zijn ze, onze IT-specialisten. Allemaal topcollega’s die elke dag meebouwen aan de technologische (r)evolutie bij AG. De IT-afdeling is momenteel op zoek naar een IT Application Development Leader (SDL).
- Je grootste uitdaging? Het opleveren van de portefeuille met projecten die aan je team zijn toegewezen, in samenwerking met onze collega's van de Business en andere IT-teams, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat onze systemen beschikbaar en flexibel genoeg zijn om de uitdagingen van morgen aan te gaan.
- Je beheert de capaciteiten van een team van 10 tot 15 personen. Een aantal van hen werkt offshore.
- Je gebruikt je coachingskills om je teamleden te adviseren en te begeleiden.
- Je beheert de project
- en activaportefeuille en houdt tegelijkertijd het budget onder controle.
- Verandering? Je houdt van verandering.
- Samen met je team stel je functionele en technische verbeteringen voor. Doel? De toepassing vereenvoudigen en moderniseren zodat ze compatibel is met toekomstige architecturen. Dit vergemakkelijkt ook het onderhoud op lange termijn.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je bent geïnteresseerd in verzekeringen of financiën. Heb je al ervaring op dit gebied? Fantastisch
- Een team leiden en een projectportfolio beheren, jij kan het allemaal.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans) en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Jij challenget alle oplossingen: je stelt alternatieven voor door te spelen met scope/budget/projectplanning om je businessklanten de beste oplossing te bieden.
- Je houdt van verandering, bent creatief en hebt zin voor innovatie.
- Jouw motto? Ontwikkeling, ontwikkeling en nog eens ontwikkeling: van jezelf, van je collega's en van AG. Je houdt ervan om nieuwe ideeën aan te brengen voor de toekomst van AG.
- Je klanten komen op de eerste plaats. Je werkt graag samen met je collega's van de business en IT.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma of een gelijkwaardige werkervaring (minstens 5 jaar).
