Overzicht:
Als onderdeel van de afdeling Human Resources van Fednot, en meer specifiek binnen het Talent Acquisition team, speel je een actieve rol in de zoektocht naar nieuw talent voor Fednot door bij te dragen aan de volgende taken:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen van de informatie die nodig is om **functiebeschrijvingen te schrijven**. Je werkt eerdere versies bij, standaardiseert ze en verbetert hun presentatie. Indien nodig vertaal je ze.
- ** Jobdagen en inductiedagen**: voorbereiden, coördineren en plannen van deelname aan verschillende jobbeurzen en inductiedagen.
- ** Sourcing via LinkedIn**: je plaatst vacatures, voert zoekopdrachten op trefwoorden uit, identificeert potentiële kandidaten waarvan het profiel overeenkomt met de huidige zoekopdrachten en neemt contact met hen op.
- ** Ondersteunen van het wervingsproces**: je neemt contact op met kandidaten, stelt afspraken voor, coördineert planningen met de verschillende interne belanghebbenden om interviews te organiseren, via Teams of op onze locatie.
- ** Onboarding**: Je speelt een actieve rol in de verschillende introductieactiviteiten voor nieuwe medewerkers.
- ** HR-administratie**: je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan de verschillende leden van het team.
**Vereist profiel**:
- Student in het laatste jaar van een opleiding in human resources.
- Bereid om te leren en je kennis te delen met een positieve houding.
**Gezocht profiel**:

- In staat om in teamverband te werken en tegelijkertijd autonoom te zijn.
- Perfecte beheersing van het Frans of Nederlands met een goede schriftelijke en mondelinge kennis van de andere taal en het Engels;
- vertrouwd zijn met de Office-suite en Linked-In.
