Oxyde Chemicals, part of our name gives it away. Active in the chemical sector and completely bitten by the logístical challenge associated with it. We find our challenge in delivering the right products, under the right conditions, no matter where our customer is located.
As part of a large group, we enjoy all the benefits of an international collaboration, but with our close-knit team of about 15 employees in Belgium, we also have all the cosiness of a small-scale
SME. Over the years, we have been lucky enough to grow enormously. That is precisely why we are currently looking for a new colleague. You can work from our office in Antwerp, or if you prefer some variety, from our site in Hamburg.
**Logistics & Customer Service Representative**
Your core task is the coordination and monitoring of the entire transport trajectory of your personal customers. This is an A to Z story: checking the deliveries, keeping an eye on the quality of the products themselves, delivering all requested documents and providing the customer with the necessary updates. Timing is essential here. With us, the types of transport are incredibly diverse.
Loading from landtanks we use bulk vessels and trucks to reach costumers all over the world.
You will be part of a team of five, led by Carl, who has been with us for years. The ideal sparring partner. You also have many external stakeholders between whom you act as a pivotal figure: our customers, of course, but also their suppliers, transport companies, our sales department, customs...

- In the ideal world, you already have several years of experience as a (front-line) customer service employee in an international setting;
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English, in addition to French OR German;
- You can keep a cool head in stressful situations. Problems are there to be solved, not to worry about;
- You communicate with a certain flair. You are a natural 'bridge builder' and exude confidence.

- An open-ended contract, we are open to both a full-time and part-time commitment;
