**Functie**:
**Vivaldis Office **is op zoek naar een
**business manager** voor onze klant in
**Hasselt**. Onze klant is
**gespecialiseerd in de aan
- en verkoop van ADR tankwagens**.

Jouw takenpakket als
**business manager **bestaat uit:
- Je bepaalt de **groeistrategie**;
- Je **ontwikkelt sales en operations activiteiten**;
- Jij zorgt er in samenwerking met de operations director en regiomanagers voor dat het bedrijf beter draait;
- Je gaat **op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten en diensten;**:
- Je zorgt voor een **operationeel excellente en klantgerichte uitvoering**;
- Je staat in voor grote **B2B projecten (20%)**;
- Daarnaast sta je in voor het **bedenken van nieuwe kansen (80%);**:
- Je **rapporteert aan de commercieel directeur**;
- Tot slot kan je **groeiend marktpotentieel omzetten in resultaten**.
**Profiel**: Als
**business manager** herken je jezelf in volgende punten:
- Je beschikt over een **bachelordiploma** in of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring;
- Je hebt minstens **10 jaar relevante ervaring als projectmanager, business development managers of als sales manager;**:
- Je spreekt **vlot Nederlands en Frans;**:
- Je hebt **kennis van techniek en respect voor materialen en investeringsgoederen;**:
- Je daagt jezelf continu uit;
- Je wilt elke dag beter zijn dan de vorige dag;
- Je hebt een **analytisch denkvermogen** en bent kritisch ingesteld;
- Je hebt een **klant
- en servicegerichte aanpak.**
