**Department Info**:
This role is part of the HR Partnering team within the EMEA HR Team, who focusses on direct support of managers within our organisation. Other teams within the HR EMEA team are the People Experience team, who support all Terumo associates and provides HR Tech & People Analytics expertise, and the People Solutions team, who have an expertise in L&D, Talent Acquisition and Total rewards. Overall, the organisation reports to the VP HR EMEA. Together, it's our ambition to bring more expertise to People Managers, wants to relentlessly improve the experience of all associates and also wants to provide growth opportunities to HR professionals.
**Job Summary**:
You proactively deliver HR programs, policies, practices and solutions on day-today basis. You partner with your respective business to be able to create tailored people experience that empower personal & team growth. You support the HR Manager to build the strategic and operational workforce planning. Furthermore, you contribute to the development of our organizations using best practice of change management. You increase our capability to retain and develop talents. In this role, you will partner primarily, together with other colleagues, the Diabetes Management, the Cardiovascular and the Interventional Systems Business Unit in the EMEA region.
**Responsibilities**:
You support organizational development within your business groups, understanding their needs by attending their local management meetings. You support change processes and participate in key projects.
You work closely together with EMEA Talent Acquisition team, L&D team and the Total Rewards Architect regarding recruitment, training and compensation issues.
You detect coaching needs on level below the iceberg (on mission, identity, values and believes) and you assist with performance coaching / outcome coaching (after a program).
You Empower associates to feel ownership over their careers and feel connected to resources to help them learn and grow. Furthermore, you stimulate internal mobility and sponsor a talent marketplace.
You follow-up FTE and Payroll costs through the year to keep track on them with the business. You identify KPI / metrics / trends using HR data analytics (potentially with Business data) to build and share insights with business partners.
As HR SPOC for DACH, you are back-up for the execution payroll of our German associates during holiday of your HR admin colleague, you follow up on insurances and other local benefits and legislation. In all things making sure Terumo is compliant. You identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any discrepancies.

**Profile Description**:
You have a Ba/Ma degree and minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR Generalist. (Business Partnering and HR Admin)
You know how to build connections with the business teams you are supporting, understand their challenges and partner with them to find solutions that contributes to the success of the team. As a part of the EMEA HR Team, you show yourself as a team player, particularly with the European centres of excellence teams (TA, L&D, HR Admin). You love to think in terms of solutions, not problems.
You feel comfortable communicating with different levels in the organisation, able to influence others and work effectively in a cross-functional team. Experience with partnering with a work council is a plus.
You a work 3 days per week in our office in Eschborn, near Frankfurt. As you work in a EMEA team, good knowledge of both English and German is a must.
