**Introductie**:
Word jij onze nieuwe Productie Supervisor binnen een internationale speler in de Chemische Industrie? Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven en resultaatgerichte professional om hun team in te versterken. Als Productie Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en coördineren van het productieproces en zorg je voor de realisatie van de productie
- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen.
**Functie**:
Als Productie Supervisor zul je de volgende resultaatgebieden en kerntaken gaan uitvoeren. Operationeel leiding geven aan de productiemedewerkers, meewerken aan de productiewerkzaamheden, storingen oplossen en een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het optimaliseren van het productieproces.
**Functie-eisen**:
- Bachelor diploma in Chemie, Technische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een productieomgeving binnen de Chemische Industrie
- Leidinggevende ervaring en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding
