**DE JOB**:
Als ESG-Coördinator bij Infrabel ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de rapporteringsverplichtingen in het kader van de Europese en nationale wetgeving inzake ESG (environmental, social, governance) en met name de Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), de EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities en de Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
Concreet zal je onder meer volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:
- Je treedt op als referentiepersoon inzake ESG-wetgeving en je verzekert dat Infrabel daaraan zal voldoen.
- Je leidt de interne ESG-taskforce en in dat kader organiseer je vergaderingen met de betrokken interne diensten, stel je het ESG-werkplan op en coördineer je de uitwerking ervan.
- Je organiseert vergaderingen en communicatie om kennis te delen en interne bewustzijn te vergroten.
- Je beheert ondersteunende projecten en processen, inclusief de coördinatie van teams en middelen.
- Je verzekert de afstemming tussen de ESG-verplichtingen en de bedrijfsstrategie.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de evolutie van het wetgevend kader en de ontwikkelingen en tendensen binnen het ESG-domein.
- Je bouwt een netwerk op van interne en externe stakeholders en je treedt op als contactpersoon voor de toezichthoudende autoriteiten. Je vertegenwoordigt Infrabel bij besprekingen in (internationale) werkgroepen, comités en fora over ESG-gerelateerde materies.Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3, en van klasse 6 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevant gebied.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar werkervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring met het verwerken van zowel kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve gegevens.
- Je hebt affiniteit met rapporteren aan zowel de politieke als de economische wereld.
- Kennis van governance-gerelateerde benaderingen is essentieel.
- Ervaring met of kennis van duurzame ontwikkeling is een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de tweede taal. Je hebt ook een goed niveau van Engels.
- Je hebt een vlotte pen.
- Je bent bedreven in netwerkmanagement en hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten.
- Je hebt een extraverte persoonlijkheid en bent niet bang om anderen de hand te reiken.
- Je neemt initiatief en bent proactief.
- Je bent in staat om informatie te synthetiseren en te relateren.
