Your Profile:
**Your profile**

You are:

- in your final year of study in the field of design: Master in design (UX, product or interaction)
- passionate about user centred design, design thinking, storytelling, and early design stages
- able to formalize concepts through sketches
- able to create storyboard scenarios
- able to create Proof of Concepts
- able to conduct design evaluation and validation (quantitative and qualitative researches)
- fluent in English
- excellent communicator and good organisation skills
- proficient with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- able to create (physical or digital) low-tech prototype is also a plus

Your team and your responsibilities:
TME R&D centre is responsible for planning, development and production support of vehicles aimed at - and locally produced for - the European market.

Within TME R&D, the VPE - UX&HMI/Ergo team is responsible for ensuring a good overall UX (User Experience), by the HMI (Human-Machine Interaction) and Ergonomics (physical and cognitive) performance of vehicles, both during actual vehicle development and in research activities.

**Your responsibilities**

Fully integrated in TME- UX’s team, you will be involved in several exploratory concept projects. The main scope will be
**inclusive design** and how this specific field of design can be used as an innovation driver.

Your role will be to highlight and exemplify new user experience opportunities. Focusing on societal evolutions and user needs, the target is to support the integration of inclusive mindset through:
You are expected to be involved in 3 main design activities:
**Understand**:Gather and organised insights from related fields. Trends (design, societal evolutions new business, technology ) research

**Create & Build**: Support creative process (creativity moderation, storyboarding ) and concept development (future cockpit experience )

**Assess**:Collaborate on concept evaluation and creation of an inclusiveness evaluation matrix activity (through protocol definition, survey moderation and result analysis)

**We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
