**Fonction**
À ce poste de Financial Specialist, vous contribuerez à l'établissement d'informations financières fiables en effectuant une grande variété de tâches, allant de la comptabilité générale à l'analyse des états financiers de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec tous les départements de l'entreprise. Vous rapportez à la CFO (Belgique).
Voici un bref aperçu de vos tâches quotidiennes:
- Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, conformément aux normes IFRS et aux normes locales ;
- Préparer les prévisions de trésorerie hebdomadaires et mensuelles et assurer le suivi des liquidités de l'entreprise ;
- Soutenir les activités de comptabilité générale réalisée par l'équipe (2 personnes) ;
- Participer à l'examen du bilan ;
- Coordonner les transactions financières effectuées sur SAP ;
- Prendre en charge le calcul et le dépôt des déclarations TVA et de l'impôt sur les sociétés ;
- Préparer et organiser le dépôt des comptes statutaires en IFRS et Be GAAP ;
- Coordonner les audits internes et externes ;
- Participer aux déclarations obligatoires (Intrastat et autres) ;
- Maintenir et mettre à jour le système de comptabilité analytique ;
- Améliorer les systèmes et les procédures.
**Et si c'était vous ?**
- Vous avez entre **3 et 5 ans d'expérience** en tant que comptable dans une entreprise internationale ;
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en comptabilité, finance ou équivalent ;
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'**anglais (B1 minimum)**, la connaissance du néerlandais est un plus ;
- Vous avez des compétences avancées en Microsoft Excel et sur un système ERP (idéalement SAP) ;
- Vous faites preuve de bonnes connaissances au niveau des normes **IFRS**, **Belgium GAAP** et sur les questions de **TVA** ;
