Ben jij kandidaat voor een job met veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid ? Kan jij prioriteiten stellen, ben je een kei in organiseren en anticiperen ?- Communicatie met onze Key Account Managers (handhaven van commerciële voorwaarden, promotieplannen en respecteren van processen)
- Communicatie met de boekhouding (verwerking van klantenfacturen en opvolging van betwistingen/kortingen)
- Communicatie met onze klanten (verwerking van geschillen, uitgestelde voorwaarden, verzending van tarieven, periodieke statistieken....)
- Communicatie met de logistieke afdeling (juistheid van het promotieplan en prognoses in de XTEL-software)
- Communicatie met de afdeling Marketing en Category Management (promotieplan - creatie van artikelen)
- Communicatie met Management Control (ondersteuning bij budgettering)
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
*Kennis van SAP *Kennis van Office 365 en in het bijzonder van Excel*Vermogen om conflictsituaties met onze klanten te analyseren, te begrijpen en op te lossen*Kennis van het Frans en Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven), sporadisch Engels.*zowel werken in teamverband als zelfstandig
