**UN MANAGER SOCIAL (h/f/x)**
dans le cadre d’un **contrat à durée indéterminée**, à **temps plein**, au **barème B4** de la fonction publique, avec une entrée en fonction la plus rapide possible pour son **Département de l’Action Sociale - Service Social de Première Ligne.**
Le rôle de ce service est d’assurer l’accès aux aides sociales.
**Fonction**:
Pour ce faire, le Manager Social sera amené à réaliser principalement les tâches suivantes:
- **Gérer l’équipe, planifier et organiser son travail **pour assurer la continuité de service en vue de réaliser la mission **;**:
- **Guider, accompagner et coacher ses collaborateurs **pour développer leur niveau de compétences en vue d’atteindre les objectifs fixés **;**:
- **Assurer la circulation des informations, de manière ascendante, descendante et transversale, **en animant les réunions d’équipe et en menant des entretiens de suivi et des intervisions ;
- **Faire respecter** le règlement de travail et les lignes de conduite du CPAS ;
- **Participer activement à l’amélioration des processus et procédures,** formuler des propositions de solutions innovantes et **construire l’adhésion au changement** ;
- **Assurer la lecture des rapports sociaux** (analyse de l’enquête sociale, contrôle du cadre légal et cohérence de la proposition sociale de l’assistant social) et **le suivi des corrections réalisées** par les assistants sociaux dans leurs rapports.

Conditions de participation au recrutement:
- Être détenteur d’un bachelier ou d’un graduat (assistant social, psychologie, droit, sciences humaines, sciences politiques, ressources humaines).
Compétences comportementales:
- Faire preuve d’assertivité, de leadership et de dynamisme ;
- Être organisé et capable de structurer le travail de ses collaborateurs.
Compétences techniques:
- Disposer d’une connaissance approfondie de la Suite Office.
Atouts:
- Bénéficier d’une première expérience en gestion d’équipe ;
- Avoir une expérience préalable en CPAS ou dans le secteur non-marchand ;
- Être en possession du brevet linguistique du Selor, correspondant à votre niveau de Néerlandais.
