Voor ons departement **CIO Systems & Information Management** in Brussel zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Business Analyst.

**Je functie**:

- Je werkt mee aan de implementatie en verwezenlijking van operationele processen om data ter beschikking te stellen die nodig zijn voor de werking van andere entiteiten van Chief Investment Office (CIO) en om info-uitwisseling met de externe entiteiten mogelijk te maken.
- Je draagt bij aan de integratie en het onderhoud van de systemen die de verschillende entiteiten binnen CIO gebruiken.
- Je werkt mee aan transversale projecten rond data
- en systeembeheer binnen CIO. Je biedt functionele ondersteuning en zorgt voor de link tussen de businessgebruikers van CIO en de gebruikte data.
- Je voert operationele processen en nieuwe tools of functionaliteiten in die de organisatie gebruikt om de efficiëntie en de productiviteit te verhogen en optimaal te beantwoorden aan de behoeften van de users.
- Op basis van je kennis en ervaring bied je technische ondersteuning of verzeker je de link met het IT-departement voor de meest ingewikkelde gevallen om het systeem zo goed mogelijk te benutten en potentiële problemen tijdig op te lossen.
- Je beheert de parameters van de applicaties om te checken of de werking van de systemen overeenstemt met de noden van de gebruikers.
- Je werkt mee aan geplande taken in het kader van projecten betreffende het beheer van data en systemen binnen CIO.

- Je zet de klant centraal in alle aspecten van je werk.
- Je bent vertrouwd met financiële instrumenten op technisch-financieel, boekhoudkundig en functioneel niveau, en je hebt basiskennis van asset management.
- Je kan goed overweg met MS Office-tools (Excel, PowerPoint,).
- Je hebt basiskennis van de IT-systemen en -architectuur.
- Je bent strikt in het volgen van procedures en controles en in het behalen van deadlines.
- Beheers je een tweede of derde taal (Frans, Nederlands of Engels)? Super
- Je behaalde een diploma hoger onderwijs in management, IT, economie, finance, accountancy,
