To strengthen our digital transformation in the Brussels Area we are looking to fill the position of an **CMC** **Business** **Analyst**, accelerating the use of high quality data as the engine for our Development, Manufacturing and Supply Chain (DMSO) digital transformation.

DMSO digital transformation program brings smart solutions faster to our patients and ensure sustainable performance of our operations through core digital capabilities. Driven by **Knowledge Management** department, **Trusted data program** aims to ensure data foundation and projects are actively support our digital ambition. It consists in:

- Deploying governance and processes to assure high quality data
- Ensuring DMSO data standardization and FAIRness
- Making data available for digital projects and platforms

- Tackle the many different challenges that come with the various types of DMSO digital transformation initiatives
- Interact with many different external and internal partners, scientists, IT solution expert, AI specialists and governance groups
**You will** **contribute** **by**:

- Identify data challenges and opportunities (governance, quality, standard, technology, etc.) in digital use cases and workload
- Advising use case on data management and flows to meet project expectation and scalability
- Connecting with other data SMEs (Data quality, Data owners, Technology expert, etc.) to include the right expertise at the right project phase
- Ensuring all project data phase are executed following the appropriate process and good practices
- Working with other trusted data community members to continuously improve our way of working and agility of our data operations
**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and skills**:

- You have a master or higher degree in data engineering, life sciences or process / biotechnology engineering.
- You hold hands-on competences in data IT technologies and associated fields like advance analytics, reporting or equivalent.
- You can demonstrate a good understanding of data management, data governance and engineering challenges
- You can demonstrate a good understanding of the biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory and quality assurance context.
- You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
- You are experienced in project management and can define operating model and best practices.
- You can break down complex problems and structure arguments, options and solutions
- You are a great communicator, able to work with and influence people with different personalities, expertise and backgrounds
- You are relentless in quality, you build trust and confidence
- You are fluent in English
