Pour rejoindre ses équipes, NSI recherche un(e) Product Owner.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe "agile" et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une team de développeurs, un(e) analyste fonctionnel(le) et un(e) chef(fe) de projet. Vous serez l'interface d'entrée pour les demandes du business, tant des demandes d'évolution que des demandes de correction, en passant le support de production. Il vous reviendra également de planifier les différentes releases en tenant compte d'un planning défini par l'organisation, des priorités du business et de la capacité de développement mise à votre disposition.
**Votre mission**:
Assurer le bon déroulement du processus de maintenance applicative ;
Réceptionner les demandes correctives et évolutives du business ainsi que les demandes techniques (évolution de l'infrastructure ) ;
Rédiger et maintenir le planning de l’équipe de développement ;
Relire et valider les différents livrables (cahier des exigences, analyse fonctionnelle, technique ) ;
Organiser les réunions de suivi avec les équipes techniques et/ou métier ;
Organiser et/ou participer aux comités de pilotage ;
Gérer les risques et les budgets ;
Optimiser les processus (simplification administrative, agilité ).
Organiser et planifier les déploiements sur les différents environnements ;
Organiser les phases de tests utilisateurs ;
Challenger les besoins exprimés et proposer des alternatives quand nécessaire ;
Tenir compte des contraintes d’architecture ;
Garder son niveau de connaissances à jour dans le domaine de l’analyse IT ;
Décliner les objectifs stratégiques et autres missions en projets concrets.
Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience probante dans une fonction similaire
Vous avez une excellente maitrise de JIRA
Vous utilisez la méthode KANBAN pour le suivi de vos activités
Vous avez déjà travaillé dans une équipe agile
Vous savez lire des diagrammes UML et êtes en mesure de comprendre des schémas BPMN
Vous faites preuve de leadership
Vous êtes proactif et faites preuve d'initiative
