To strengthen our **Product Strategy and Industrial Impl. team, **we are looking for a high caliber, self-motivated**, Analytical Project Lead **based in **Braine l’Alleud, Belgium.**

Focus on the industrial analytical leadership and have the following main responsibilities:
- Establish the quality control strategy
- Drive the decision making process in a multidisciplinary matrix organization
- Act as the analytical leader & single point of contact for all analytical related topics once commercial
- Be the owner of the stability activities and edition of appropriate stability protocol.
- Provide analytical support to any designated products
Act as expert, having the analytical overview in conjunction with the key stakeholders of Development, QA, QC, RA, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Establish the quality control strategy.
- Manage analytical risks.
- Establish and maintain global specifications and methods for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API), Drug Product (DP) and Intermediates through global change management.
- Coordinate and drive the resolution of complex analytical issues (2nd
- line troubleshooting).
- Manage and forecast the portfolio of analytical activities related to the designated commercial product(s): stability, analytical method transfers, launches and critical material / reagents.
You will also act as a single point of contact for all analytical related topics once commercial.
**Interested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and skills**:
- Be an analytical expert with a strong experience (10 years+) in the pharmaceutical analysis of pharmaceutical products.
- Have proven project leadership skills including planning, monitoring, issue resolution, decision making and reporting;
- Have a strong understanding of all analytical disciplines related to CMC for late stage development and commercial products (analytical development, stability testing and quality control of drug substance, drug product, raw material and intermediate);
- Demonstrate experience in GMP, Regulatory Affairs and Quality applied to analytical
- Have experience with project management tools.
