To strengthen our **Information Technology** team, based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium or Bulle, Switzerlnad we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:IT Lead Industrial Environment - Labs.**

**About the role**:
As the IT Lead Industrial Environment - Laboratories, you will ensure that all laboratory equipment is protected against cyberattacks, that the technology is resilient and that the data integrity is guaranteed at all times. You will collaborate with the laboratory scientists as well as with various IT teams like the cybersecurity, the infrastructure and manufacturing teams.

You will be based in Braine-l’Alleud (Belgium) or Bulle (Switzerland) and are part of the global IT organization with responsibilities extended to other development and production plants (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany, China and Japan). Travel required for around ten to twelve weeks per year to other key sites.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the IT Laboratories equipment and infrastructure projects, for UCB’s development and manufacturing laboratories in collaboration with laboratory scientists and the various IT teams;
- Ensure that all new laboratory equipment is implemented and managed at the highest standards.
- Engage in vendor discussions during the laboratory equipment selection process.
- Support incidents, define and implement corrective actions to avoid failures to happen again.

- Confirmed experience in IT infrastructure solution design, project implementation and incident management,
- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Telco or equivalent area,
- Fluent in English and French as well.
