**Situering**

Op het labo radiofarmacie van de dienst nucleaire geneeskunde worden radiogelabelde geneesmiddelen (radiofarmaca) bereid, zowel voor diagnostische als therapeutische toepassingen, in preklinisch en klinisch internationaal toonaangevend academisch onderzoek alsook in samenwerking met verschillende farmaceutische bedrijven. Deze worden vaak na validatie op korte termijn in innovatieve patiëntenzorg ingepast. Deze radionucliden worden aangemaakt met een cyclotron, verkregen uit een radionuclidegenerator of aangekocht en hebben een korte halveringstijd (2 min-6 uur, voor nieuwere tot 3 dagen (vb immunotherapie-monitoring)). De radiofarmaca dienen daardoor on-site geproduceerd te worden.

Ingevolge uitbreiding van de werkzaamheden en uitbreiding naar een nieuw GMP-productielaboratorium zijn we op zoek naar een apotheker om de staf van ons team te versterken.

**Wat je functie inhoudt**
- Je werkt in een GMP (“Good Manufacturing Practice”) omgeving;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde radiofarmaca;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsmanagement systeem (documentatie, opleiding, audits, kwalificatie leveranciers, steriliteit,...);
- Je werkt mee aan de GMP kwalificatie van de bijkomende faciliteit;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de validatie van (nieuwe) QC toestellen en QC methodes volgens de (inter)nationale richtlijnen;
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de optimalisatie en validatie van nieuwe radiotracer syntheseprocessen;
- Je zorgt mee voor de implementatie van routinematige bereiding (inclusief opleiding van de laboratoriumtechnologen);
- Je coördineert de validatiewerkzaamheden en interpreteert, evalueert, beoordeelt en rapporteert de bekomen resultaten aan het afdelingshoofd radiofarmacie UZ Leuven;
- Je werkt binnen de staf radiofarmacie maar ook in nauw contact met artsen die de klinische projecten rond de tracerontwikkeling coördineren.

**Wat wij vragen**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in de farmaceutische wetenschappen;
- Ervaring binnen Quality Assurance, met een erkenning als Qualified Person, is een pluspunt;
- Ervaring met radiofarmaca met een erkenning radiofarmacie is een pluspunt;
- Je bent gericht op kwaliteitszorg, bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitssystemen en stuurt deze bij waar nodig; je hebt kennis van GMP (validatie, normen,);
- Je bent stressbestendig en beschikt over een hoog probleemoplossend vermogen;
- Je werkt nauwgezet en accuraat met een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin;
- Je houdt van afwisseling tussen administratief en uitvoerend werk;
- Je bent dynamisch en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je werkt nauwgezet en bent sterk in accuraat rapporteren;
- Je kan zelfstandig werken alsook in teamverband;
- Je bent bereid te werken in een flexibel uurrooster.
