En tant que Program Management Officer, vous dirigez les projets/programmes de livraison aux clients, soit en tant qu'interface directe du client, soit en tant que représentant d'Exail Robotics Belgium auprès du Group Program Director. Votre soutien sera crucial pour la croissance rapide d'EXAIL Robotics.

Vos principales tâches et responsabilités sont les suivantes
- Être le représentant d'Exail Robotics Belgium au sein de l'équipe programme ou être le lead du programme pour le Groupe, à ce titre vous assurez l'interface avec nos collègues des autres sites pour garantir l'efficacité des opérations (Ingénierie/Achats/Production) chez Exail Robotics Belgium & la satisfaction du client. Plus spécifiquement, vous:

- Assumer la responsabilité de l'exécution du projet tout au long de son cycle de vie.
- Être le principal point de contact du client en ce qui concerne le projet, où les rapports d'état sont suivis de près (planification, rapports budgétaires kanban).
- Vous aidez Exail Robotics Belgium à clarifier l'étendue des travaux et à obtenir la fiche du lot de travaux - vous consolidez le budget en conséquence.
- Définir et convenir du calendrier des intrants (Spec/Drawing/Control Plan/Instruction Sheet) qui correspondent aux besoins opérationnels d'Exail Robotics Belgium et suivre l'adhésion à ce dernier.
- Établir et maintenir un calendrier principal et, le cas échéant, le décliner en un calendrier de pilotage.
- Identifier les changements apportés à la base de données d'entrée (en collaboration avec le responsable de la configuration), évaluer l'impact et favoriser l'intégration du changement au sein de l'ERB d'une manière structurée.
- Maintenir l'état financier du programme à jour, en maintenant l'équilibre entre AC (coût réel) et ETC (estimation de l'achèvement).
- Maintenir à jour le tableau de bord du programme et en rendre compte à la direction.
- Préparer/accueillir les visites des clients/actionnaires, les audits, les tests d'acceptation pour les programmes dont vous êtes responsable.
- Participer aux activités de BID si nécessaire
- Je denkt minstens op Bachelor niveau (engineering, business of internationale handel) en hebt een sterke interesse voor industriële zaken
- Je hebt >5 jaar ervaring als PMO, Project Leader, Project Coordinator.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en bent in staat om efficiënt in het Frans en Nederlands te werken.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet win-win situaties te creëren in onderhandelingen.
- Je bent een goede beïnvloeder en weet hoe je leiding moet geven zonder formele rapportagelijnen, ook met remote teams.

- Een masterdiploma
- Een certificaat in projectmanagement (PMP, CAPM, Prince 2...)
