**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
In het kader van de uitbreiding van het gewestelijk SAP HR-platform, de openstelling ervan voor andere gewestelijke instellingen en de overstap naar de nieuwste hoogtechnologische SAP-tools (o.a. S/4 HANA, FIORI en SAP Enable now) is onze klant-partner, de Gewestelijke Overheidsdienst Brussel (SPRB-GOB) die dit platform beheert, op zoek naar een functionele SAP HR Consultant met een ''Human Resources & Payroll''-focus om zijn SAP Competentiecentrum en zijn 18 medewerkers te versterken.

Als SAP consultant ben je van a tot z betrokken bij de implementatie van de specifieke SAP HR-modules.
- Je analyseert, in samenwerking met het vakgebied, de behoeften in jouw expertisegebieden en je stelt passende oplossingen voor. Zo nodig schrijf je de functionele analyse voor een op maat gemaakte ontwikkeling.
- Je werkt mee aan de opstart, de configuratie, de integratie en het uittesten van de modules, tot en met de validering door de eindgebruikers.
- Je werkt ook mee aan hun opleiding, je schrijft ad hoc documentatie en biedt ondersteuning na elke indienststelling.
- In projecten die in samenwerking met externe SAP business partners worden uitgevoerd, ben je de belangrijkste schakel tussen alle betrokkenen: gebruikers van een gewestelijke instelling of van de GOB, het gewestelijk SAP Competentiecentrum en de derde partij die de implementatie verzorgt. Je volgt de implementatie op de voet om een vlekkeloze ingebruikname te garanderen na de productierelease, je zorgt voor de naleving van de normen en dat ze op de juiste manier geïntegreerd worden in de bestaande processen.

**Je ervaring en competenties**:
Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type of over een universitair diploma
- Je hebt 5 tot 6 jaar nuttige ervaring als functioneel SAP HR consultant in SAP HR-modules:

- Payroll
- Time Management
- ESS en MSS
- Evaluatie
- Kennis van de gebruikte modules vormt een troef
- Ervaring met SAP SuccessFactors is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt klant
- en resultaatgericht
- Je bent leergierig, luistervaardig en je hebt een kritische blik
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, hebt zin voor synthese en je gaat nauwgezet, precies en betrouwbaar te werk
- Je hebt een luisterend oor en bent in staat de juiste conclusies te trekken
- Je neemt graag initiatief en weet prioriteiten te beheren
- Je hebt zin voor organisatie
- Je hebt het vermogen om invloed uit te oefenen en je hebt een sterke overtuigingskracht
- Je beschikt over goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden ongeacht het niveau van je gesprekspartner
- Je hebt geen moeite met het aansturen van werkgroepen
- Je bent een goede teamspeler maar kan tegelijk zelfstandig werken
Je draagt dienstverlening hoog in het vaandel en je neemt graag de rol van “coach” op

Kennis van het Frans en/of Nederlands is verplicht, kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
