**Votre contribution, vos mission**s**:
Dans le cadre de l’expansion de la plateforme SAP HR, de son ouverture à d’autres organismes régionaux et son évolution vers les derniers outils SAP à la pointe de la technologie comme S/4 HANA, FIORI, SAP Enable now, notre client-partenaire, le Service Public Régional de Bruxelles (SPRB-GOB) qui la gère, recherche un consultant SAP HR fonctionnel à orientation ‘’Ressources Humaines & Payroll ‘’ afin de renforcer son Centre de compétence SAP et ses 18 collaborateurs.

En tant que consultant SAP, vous êtes impliqué du début à la fin dans l’implémentation des modules spécifiques de SAP HR:

- Vous analysez, en collaboration avec le métier, les besoins dans vos domaines d’expertise et vous proposez des solutions adaptées. Au besoin, vous rédigez l’analyse fonctionnelle pour un développement sur mesure.
- Vous collaborez au démarrage, à la configuration et, à l’intégration et aux tests des modules, jusqu’à la validation par les utilisateurs finaux.
- Vous collaborez aussi à leur formation, rédigez des documentations ad hoc et assurez le support après chaque mise en service.
- Dans les projets menés en collaboration avec des business partners SAP externes, vous êtes l’intermédiaire-clé entre tous les intervenants : les utilisateurs d’un organisme régional ou du SPRB, le Centre de compétence SAP Régional ainsi que le tiers qui assure l’implémentation. Vous y suivez de près l’implémentation afin de pouvoir en assurer la reprise après la mise en production, vous veillez au respect des standards et vous assurez leur bonne intégration dans les processus existants.

**Vos expériences et compétences**:
Vous disposez d’un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur de type long ou d’un diplôme universitaire:

- Vous possédez 5 à 6 ans d’expérience utile en tant que consultant SAP HR fonctionnel dans les modules SAP HR:

- Payroll
- Time Management
- ESS et MSS
- Evaluation
- Une connaissance des modules de utilisés dans le secteur public est un atout
- Une expérience en SAP SuccessFactors est un plus.
- Orienté client et résultat
- Curieux et doté d’une bonne capacité d’écoute et d’esprit critique
- Analytique, synthétique, rigoureux, précis et fiable;
- Excellente écoute et capacité à tirer les bonnes conclusions
- Capable d’initiative, et de gestion des priorités
- Sens de l’organisation
- Bonne capacité d’influence et de conviction
- Bonne capacité de communication écrite et orale, quel que soit le niveau d’interlocuteur
- A l’aise dans l’animation de groupes de travail
Bon esprit d’équipe et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
Sens du service et esprit « coach »La connaissance du français et/ou du néerlandais est obligatoire, la connaissance de l’anglais est un atout.
