***Applications Functional Analyst SAP MM/WM**:
Het Applications Projects team binnen ICT Applications is het Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) voor het uitvoeren van projecten in SAP of andere applicaties voor de internationale organisatie.

De Applications Functional Specialist (Projects) is verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en definiëren, vanuit functioneel oogpunt, van de problemen en behoeftes van de gebruiker, het maken van haalbaarheidsstudies en het omzetten van de probleemstelling naar functionele specificaties voor programmering en/of customizing van de applicatie. Dit met focus op de logistieke modules MM/WM

**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van aanpassingen in SAP of andere applicaties in het kader van een toegewezen project. Focus op logistieke MM/WM modules
- Je staat in voor het opzetten & begeleiden van het project en is daarbij verantwoordelijk voor een grondige intake/analyse en het definiëren van behoeftes en zet deze om naar functionele specificaties als voorbereiding op de technische analyse (voor programmering of customizing van de applicatie). Daarbij wordt rekening gehouden met de technische haalbaarheid, budget, timing, en prioriteit.
- Je begeleidt de programmatie en implementatie van de applicatie/toepassing en voert (integratie)testen & validaties uit.
- Je volgt verder de milestones & deadlines tot en met de afronding van de ‘GO LIVE’ heel nauwgezet op.
- Je werkt binnen de bestaande template van de desbetreffende SAP module. Indien nodig wordt overlegd met de Template Owner die ook instaat voor de goedkeuring & validatie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opleiden en begeleiden van gebruikers in het kader van het project.
- Je krijgt de kans om jouw technische know-how aan te scherpen door het volgen van opleidingen en zo op de hoogte te blijven van de laatste nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
- Als toegewezen template owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de documentatie van het proces, beheren van de VPK Template voor de toegewezen module(s), fungeren als contactpersoon & geven van formele approvals, instaan voor testing scripts & scenarios, fungeren als eigenaar van de USER group(s).
- Bij minder drukke momenten in de functie/rol of een gebrek aan opdrachten in het subteam, wordt in samenspraak met de Group ICT Applications Manager, ondersteuning geboden op een andere functie of rol binnen het ICT Applications Team.

**Wie ben je?**:

- Je hebt een bachelor in een ICT richting of hebt een gelijkgesteld ervaring.
- Je bent analytisch sterk, met de vaardigheid om doorgedreven vragen te stellen om tot de kern van het probleem te komen.
- Je hebt oa een goede kennis Microsoft Office, een eerste ervaring met een Service Management Tool (ITIL-based), ervaring in supportrol binnen SAP-omgeving,
- Je bent Stressbestendig, nauwgezet & nauwkeurig.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en genereert oplossingen.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en hulpvaardig. Je hebt een dynamisch en vriendelijke persoonlijkheid.
- Je hebt een stevige dosis inzet en flexibiliteit.
- Je bent klantgericht en in staat om methodologisch te werken.
- Je hebt training skills voor het geven van classroom trainings & 1on1 sessies.
- Skillset volgens de skillsmatrix van het ICT Applications Team.
