Vervullen van de veiligheidscoördinatie ontwerp en/of verwezenlijking voor de renovatie van de bestaande hoofdzetel van het bedrijf.
De renovatie bestaat erin om in het bestaande gebouw de verschillende verdiepingen (Gelijkvloers, verdieping 1 t.e.m. 7) de huidige inrichting te ontmantelen (wanden, vloeren, plafond, technieken: HVAC, Elektriciteit, Sanitair,...).
Het is niet de bedoeling om de bestaande dragende structuur te wijzigen, behalve het dak van het gelijkvloers t.h.v. de mess.
Een consortium bestaande uit Architect (incl. stabiliteitsstudie), Interieurarchitect en Expert Technieken is aangesteld voor het opmaken van de plannen, aanvraag van vergunningen, opmaken van de omschrijvingen voor de technieken,...
PROCESVERLOOP:
De Veiligheidscoördinator zal op geregelde tijdstippen (te bepalen i.f.v. van de studie en uitvoering van het project) feedback geven over de samenwerking en de coördinatie van toegewezen projecten aan de verantwoordelijke van het bedrijf (beheerder van het contract).
De verslagen en documenten worden in de landstaal opgesteld waar het project wordt gerealiseerd en aan de betrokkenen bezorgd.
Een elektronische kopie wordt steeds aan de verantwoordelijke van het bedrijf (Studie-ingenieur of Projectleider) overgemaakt.
Het bedrijf stelt een tool ter beschikking om een standaarddocument (een Macro Excel bestand) te gebruiken voor de invulling van het veiligheidsplan, coördinatiedagboek, overdrachtsformulier/procesverbaal einde opdracht.
OPDRACHTEN EN TAKEN VAN DE VEILIGHEIDSCOÖRDINATOR:
De taken en opdrachten van een Veiligheidscoördinator Ontwerp/Verwezenlijking omvatten deze die omschreven zijn in het KB van 25/01/2001 (inclusief latere wijzigingen), en in het bijzonder deze in respectievelijk artikels 11 en 22 van de Wet van 4 augustus 1996 betreffende het welzijn van de werknemers bij uitvoering van hun werk (hierna kortweg: de Welzijnswet van 4/08/1996) en artikels 11 en 22 van het KB van 25/01/2001.
Taken Veiligheidscoördinator Ontwerp:
- Moet erop toezien dat de bouwdirectie-ontwerp tijdens de ontwerp-, studie
- en uitwerkingsfase van het ontwerp, de algemene preventiebeginselen in acht neemt bij de bouwkundige, technische of organisatorische keuzen, i.v.m. de planning van de verschillende werken of werkfasen die tegelijkertijd of na elkaar plaatsvinden evenals bij de raming van de duur van de verwezenlijking van deze verschillende werken of werkfasen;
- Sstelt het veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieuplan op, en neemt er de keuzen, bedoeld in artikel 17 van de wet in op, alsook de voor de veiligheid en de gezondheid kritieke fasen waarop de Coördinator Verwezenlijking tenminste op de bouwplaats aanwezig moet zijn;
- Past het veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieuplan aan, bij elke wijziging aangebracht aan het ontwerp;
- Maakt de elementen uit het veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieuplan over aan de tussenkomende partijen voor zover deze elementen hen betreffen;
- Adviseert de opdrachtgevers inzake de overeenstemming van het document gevoegd bij de offerte, bedoeld in artikel 30, tweede lid 1°, met het veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieuplan en stelt hen in kennis van eventuele niet-overeenstemmingen;
- Opent het coördinatiedagboek en postinterventiedossier, houdt ze bij en vult ze aan;
- Draagt het veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieuplan, het coördinatiedagboek en het postinterventiedossier over aan de opdrachtgevers en stelt die overdracht en het einde van het ontwerp van bouwwerk vast in het coördinatiedagboek en in een afzonderlijk document.
Taken Veiligheidscoördinator Verwezenlijking:
- Coördineert de tenuitvoerlegging van de algemene preventie
- en veiligheidsbeginselen bij de technische of organisatorische keuzen, met het oog op de planning van de verschillende werken of werkfasen die tegelijkertijd of na elkaar worden uitgevoerd evenals bij de raming van de duur van de uitvoering van deze verschillende werken of werkfasen;
- Coördineert de tenuitvoerlegging van de relevante bepalingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de contractanten de algemene preventiebeginselen en de na te leven beginselen tijdens de verwezenlijking coherent toepassen, alsook het veiligheids
- en gezondheids
- en milieuplan toepassen;
- Organiseert de samenwerking en de coördinatie van de contractanten die tegelijkertijd of na elkaar op de bouwplaats opvolgen;
- Treft de nodige maatregelen opdat alleen bevoegde personen de bouwplaats kunnen betreden;
- Past het veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieuplan aan overeenkomstig de bijlage I, deel A, Afdeling I, tweede lid, en maakt de elementen van het aangepaste veiligheidsgezondheids
- en milieuplan over aan de tussenkomende partijen voor zover deze elementen hen aanbelangen;
- Houdt het coördinatiedagboek bij en vult het aan;
- Noteert in het coördinatiedagboek tekortkomingen van tussenkomende partijen bedoeld in bijlage I, deel B,
