- Pour la gestion de la sécurité et de la mise en place des instructions de maintenance/méthodes de nos équipes au Parlement européen, Equans est à la recherche d’un Operation Manager Trainee.
Dans ce rôle, vous travaillez en totale collaboration avec les différents chefs de secteurs de l’exploitation (électricité, incendie, HVAC, Sanitaire, PCC) et avec le service interne de prévention et de protection.
**Votre quotidien dans ce poste d’Operation Manager Trainee pour le Parlement européen**:
- proposer des solutions de maintenance conditionnelle et prédictive, avec une recherche continue d’améliorations et d’innovations pour chaque activité dont vous avez la responsabilité
- définir les méthodes et process de travail de manière consolidée pour le site, avec une attention particulière pour les scenarios d’urgences
- suivi des aspects sécurité en interne, avec le client ou ses mandataires
- analyse des gammes en vue d’optimiser la GMAO
- superviser les audits qualité
- suivi et clôture tous les dossiers, tant techniquement, financièrement qu’administrativement
- contact central de votre domaine auprès de vos collègues de l’exploitation et auprès du client. Participation active au développement des relations commerciales avec les clients
- rôle de conseil auprès de nos clients, avec une participation active à la résolution des problèmes liés à a sécurité, à la qualité et aux améliorations sur le site
- respect & faire respecter la politique de sécurité en vigueur au sein d’Equans
**Ravis de faire votre connaissance **
- vous êtes Ingénieur industriel en électricité ou en électromécanique orienté fiabilité
- vous avez quelques années d’expérience en exploitation de bâtiments sont indispensables
- vous avez une bonne connaissance de la sécurité et de l’amélioration continue ainsi que du LEAN
- vous aimez vous rendre sur le terrain
- vous avez des bonnes connaissances d’Office 365
- vous avez une certaine aisance dans les contacts, avec une adaptation facile à la culture d’entreprise de nos clients
- vous savez gérer et motiver des équipes
- vous êtes dynamique et persévérant
