Business Operations Support Administrator

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Operations Support Administrator/Receptionist to join our UniQue team in Brussels. In this role, you will manage front desk & general administrative activities and ensure smooth daily office operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage front desk activities, including answering phone calls and welcoming guests
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain management team’s calendars and effectively arrange and assist with meetings, (tele) conferences, and team building sessions
- Monitor calendar and schedule meetings
- Create and edit documents, reports and presentations, update logs and order forms
- Manage post and daily mail/deliveries
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Administer and coordinate employee benefits such as company cars, phone subscriptions
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide assistance to other departments whenever needed
- Deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations
**Requirements**:
- At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist or in a customer service role in a corporate working environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Knowledge of Flemish and German will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
