Als pionier in de verwerking en terugwinning van gevaarlijk afval heeft Veolia meer dan 40 jaar geleden de weg gebaand door **SARPI** op te richten om de technologische, economische en milieu-uitdagingen van haar klanten en partners aan te gaan. Vandaag de dag is SARPI de belangrijkste speler in Europa voor de verwerking en terugwinning van gevaarlijk afval. **SARPI BENE** (België & Nederland) is actief in twee landen en telt 8 bedrijven voor gevaarlijk afval met bijna 400 betrokken medewerkers. **Sarpi BENE** is tevens een onderdeel van een Europees netwerk waar de samenwerking m.b.t. eigen verwerkingsinstallaties en industriële key account klanten/prospecten centraal staat.

Ter ondersteuning van onze activiteiten zijn wij op zoek naar een ‘**Quality & Process Manager’ voor Sarpi Ecoservices, **welke 1 van de bedrijven is dat deel uitmaakt van Sarpi BENE. In jouw rol zal je rapporteren aan de General Manager van Sarpi Ecoservices BE en treed je op als deskundige voor het lokaal Management team. Sarpi Ecoservices is een platform waarvan de activiteiten verspreid zijn over de sites te Jumet en Beerse alsook on site bij de klant. In totaal heb je ongeveer een 130 tal collega’s. Vacatureomschrijving
- Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het definiëren, implementeren en handhaven van kwaliteitsnormen, processen en best practices binnen de organisatie alsook intercompany tussen Veolia en Sarpi. Je werkt nauw samen met _verschillende teams en afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de operationele processen efficiënt verlopen en voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsstandaarden._

**_ Process_**
- Analyseren en evalueren van bestaande bedrijfsprocessen (logistiek, transport, operations, ondersteunende diensten) om knelpunten en inefficiënties te identificeren, met speciale aandacht voor de intercompany processen tussen Veolia en Sarpi;
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van verbeteringsplannen (jaarplan) en -initiatieven om de operationele efficiëntie te verhogen, in samenspraak met de General Manager;
- Opstellen van duidelijke procedures, richtlijnen en documentatie om consistente uitvoering van processen te waarborgen.
- Monitoren van procesprestaties, het vaststellen van KPI's en het regelmatig rapporteren aan het management.
- Identificeren van risico's en implementeren van maatregelen om de naleving van regelgeving en kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen.
- Bij bepaalde projecten (implementatie van ERP), nieuwe investeringen fungeer je als project Manager en leid je de investeringsprojecten vanaf het begin tot de effectieve realisatie en evaluatie

**_ Quality_**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de ISO 9001-norm binnen de (gevaarlijk) afvalverwerking activiteiten, van begin tot eind.
- Je bent betrokken bij de planning, coördinatie en begeleiding van het gehele auditproces voor ISO 14001 (milieu) en ISO 45001 + VCA (veiligheid) en SEVESO;
- Zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en het opstellen van procedures en richtlijnen om consistentie te waarborgen.
- Uitvoeren van interne audits en beoordelingen om de effectiviteit van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem te controleren.
- Opstellen van meetwaarden en key performance indicators (KPI's) om de kwaliteit en procesprestaties te meten en monitoren, en regelmatige rapporten aan het management te verstrekken.
- Leiden van continue verbeterinitiatieven, zoals Lean Six Sigma, om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verhogen.
- Voorbereiden en faciliteren van externe audits (OVAM) en certificeringen alsook het opvolgen en analyseren van de wetgeving ter zake

**_ Training_**
- Trainen van medewerkers (desgevallend met collega’s of externe partners) in kwaliteitsstandaarden, processen en best practices om een cultuur van continue verbetering en kwaliteitsbewustzijn te bevorderen.

Functie-eisen

Je hebt bij voorkeur een **professioneel bachelor
- of masterdiploma met een chemische oriëntatie** en 10 jaar relevante ervaring. Indien je die ervaring in kwaliteits
- en procesmanagement hebt opgebouwd in een industriële en/of logistieke omgeving dan is dat zeker een plus. Ervaring met het implementeren en onderhouden van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen (QMS) zoals ISO 9001, Six Sigma of Lean-methodologieën is ook mooi meegenomen. Kennis van procesverbeteringsmethodologieën zoals DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) of PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden om gegevens te analyseren en interpreteren, trends en oorzaken te identificeren, en gebieden voor verbetering aan te wijzen.
