Als specialist in kredieten en verzekeringen help je klanten reactief en proactief. Je draagt bij tot de uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille in het agentschap en de zone.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent gespecialiseerd in kredieten en verzekeringsproducten. Je helpt de klant verder als die vragen heeft bij een online of mobile sales flow, een simulatie
- of productpagina. En je contacteert klanten ook in het kader van marketingcampagnes, sleutelmomenten, etc.

In jouw rol ben je bereikbaar via telefoon, mail en chat. Met wat je doet, vorm je een essentiële schakel in de klantentevredenheid en verkoopresultaten van Belfius.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- een masterdiploma (of bachelor met ervaring);
- een gezonde dosis commerciële flair;
- uitstekende communicatieve, relationele en onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
- goede organisatorische skills;
- een dynamische, proactieve, resultaatgerichte mindset met de nodige leergierigheid;
- vlotte kennis van digitale toepassingen.

Je scoort extra met:

- tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans);
- ervaring met bank
- en verzekeringsproducten: vooral kennis van verzekeringen en kredieten aan particulieren;
- flexibele mindset: je bent bereid om vroege en late werktijden aan te nemen, en nieuwe toepassingen en face-to-face omgang met klanten aan te leren.
