Our client is an insurance company specializing in Life and Non-Life products for individuals, corporate, SMEs and the self-employed.
**Description**
- You will be responsible for client files from A to Z;
- You must have good argumentation skills (analyze, synthesize,....);
- You manage the decision of acceptance or refusal;
- You use the tools at your disposal and needed to handle cases;
- You are in contact with other departments such as Risk, Legal,...
**Profile**
- You have at least 3 years of experience in life insurance;
- You have good knowledge in Dutch and in French (written and oral);
- You are a very human person and you realize that every case is different;
- You are communicative and proactive;
- You have financial and medical terminology knowledge or an interest in these skills;
- You are customer-oriented;
- You communicate proactively with the client and other internal departments depending on the ongoing process;
- You are someone who can be independent in your tasks but also a team player.
