**Over de organisatie**
Je komt terecht in een internationaal bedrijf uit Leuven actief in de technologische sector. Het is een van de bekende spelers in zijn sector en staat bekend omwille van zijn goede werksfeer en doorgroeimogelijkheden op lange termijn.
Je werkt 38 uren per week en kan starten tussen 6u-10u en stoppen vanaf 16u. Op vrijdag kan je al stoppen vanaf 14u. Op jaarbasis heb je recht op 6 adv-dagen.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als procurement administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ingeven en opvolgen van aankooporders in het systeem. Je volgt de orderbevestigingen en leverdata nauwkeurig op en past deze info dagelijks aan. Bovendien onderhoud je een goed contact met leveranciers en controleer je continue de beschikbaarheden van jouw open orders om het verkoopproces te ondersteunen. Ook denk je actief mee aan procesoptimalisaties en hou je andere teams op de hoogte van openstaande orders. Tot slot fungeer je als back-up voor jouw collega’s in afwezigheid.
**Jouw profiel**
- Idealiter beschik je over een relevante werkervaring als administratief assistent binnen een operationele omgeving
- Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van het Microsoft-office pakket. Ervaring met Navision is een plus.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels op professioneel niveau Fran sof Duits is een pluspunt.
- Je weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en bent resultaat gericht
- Je bent tenslotte een echte teamspeler

- Je start via interim en ontvangt na 6 maanden een vast contract.
- Een aantrekkelijke verloning volgens ervaring
- Maaltijdcheques van 6 euro per gewerkte dag
