**GC Corporation** was founded in 1921 in Japan and has developed itself into one of the most prominent companies in the development, production and distribution of a very wide range of dental products. Since 1972 **GC Europe NV**, our European Head Office is located at the Researchpark Haasrode in Leuven. GC Europe NV supports and leads our different sales offices and dealers. Our warehouse spreads our products to Europe and the Middle East. Next to this we produce some leading products for dental technicians.**

**We are currently looking for**:
**CRM Application Specialist**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage user access, security settings, and data integrity within the CRM platforms.
- Implement customizations and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements, leveraging your expertise in CRM technologies.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal system utilization.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate users on CRM functionalities, best practices, and updates.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams, facilitating communication and driving resolution of user issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess system performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to CRM systems, such as workflow automations, custom reports, and dashboards, to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM technology, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations.
- Participate in CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and new implementations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors/consultants to ensure successful project delivery, support and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the performance of vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) preferred.
- DevOps experience preferred.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices, data management principles, and industry standards.
- Experience in vendor and contractor management, including procurement, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
