- You have a minimum of 5 years of **experience in B2B sales, solutions selling, consultancy selling or any other relevant sales experience**.
- ** Customer success is your passion, making an impact is your goal**. You're dedicated to building strong relationships and providing actionable, insightful advice that empowers clients to achieve their goals (while also spotting new business opportunities).
- You have a proven track record of **leading and empowering** a team. You leverage your skills in expectation management, performance reviews, and allround support to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- As **a true team player**, you excel at building trust and fostering open communication within different teams.
- You have excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
- You can easily work from our Zaventem base (HQ)
