As a **Compliance Senior Business Analyst**, you will join the Analytics & Tooling Team in the Compliance & Ethics department, which belongs to the Regulatory Management, Compliance & Ethics and Public Affairs division (RCPA). In this role, you will be the bridge between the business stakeholders and IT to understand, define and prioritise business requirements in line with the vision and the strategy we have defined to take our IT capabilities to the next level
**Your Qualifications**

- You have strong analytical skills and are able to understand business needs, bring structure to complex problems, navigate both ways between the high-level picture down and the details and to connect the dots;
- You have excellent problem solving abilities that allow you to take a step back, consider a problem as whole, draw conclusions and recommend options (including creatives ones) that meet the objective and preserve the expected benefits;
- You have a proven experience with stakeholder management and are able to rely on strong influencing and negotiation skills to support the project and the stakeholders you are representing;
- You are well organized and are able to coordinate project activities across business & IT teams, taking into account available capacity, business priorities and budgets constraints.
- You have drive and have the capacity to make things progress;
- You have strong oral and written communication skills. You are fluent in written and spoken English and communicate in a clear, unambiguous and structured manner, adapting the level of details to the audience.
- A previous experience with securities settlement, money transfer, asset servicing, is a plus.
