Trainingdocuments is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van de opleidingsfuncties en voor de coördinatie van opleidingsprojecten op langere termijn om de efficiëntie van opleidingen binnen TUI fly te verbeteren.
**Over de functie**
Als stagiair(e) Training Administrator zal je het Trainingdocuments team ondersteunen bij verschillende taken zoals:
- Filen van examens en documenten;
- Specifieke computerprogramma’s leren;
- Trainingrecords up to date houden;
- Paspoorten, medische gegevens, background checks, van de crew verwerken;
**Praktische informatie**
We zijn op zoek naar iemand die minstens 2 maanden stage kan lopen. De stage is onbetaald en is gebaseerd op een 39-urenweek.
**Over jou**
- Er zijn meerdere manieren waarop je een match kan zijn voor deze functie - hier zijn een aantal zaken die wij zoeken:_
- Je volgt een bacheloropleiding binnen Toerisme & recreatiemanagement, Bedrijfsmanagement, Office Management, Organisatie en Management of een andere administratieve opleiding;
- Talen: Nederlands en Engels zijn een vereiste;
- Je kan nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken;
- Je bent leergierig en kan makkelijk nieuwe computersystemen aanleren.
