Facility Coordinator Benelux (M/F/d)
- Fluent in Dutch and English - French is an asset_
- This position ensures the maintenance of all locations in Benelux and makes sure that all operational, safety and legal requirements are followed. Reporting into the Facility Manager Benelux, this position operationally manages all maintenance and repair activities for stores and local country headquarters._

**Your responsibilities**
- Regular monitoring of all retail locations
- Monitoring of compliance e.g. general safety, all operational and legal requirements
- Monitoring the performance of service provider
- Inventory of damage and calculate the invest
- Demand a repair offer and compare all offers in accordance with Procurement Guideline and aligning with Central Procurement
- Elimination of small defects or damages
- Commission repairs e.g. furniture, technical equipment
- Involvement new opening, rebuilding and store closing
- Handing over locations to landlord
- Communication with authority

**Your Profile**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- General technical expertise
- Service-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Open to frequent travels within the Benelux
