Itzu Select recherche actuellement un(e) **Project Manager Médior/Senior** pour l'un de nos clients, un leader mondial des services industriels, afin de superviser l'ensemble de la région wallonne.
**Vos responsabilités**:
En qualité de Project Manager Médior/Sénior, vous opérez de manière autonome en tant que chef de projet, assumant la responsabilité opérationnelle de divers projets sur les chantiers.
Dans les premières phases, l'accent sera mis sur le suivi quotidien de la gestion administrative et financière, incluant la préparation des rapports nécessaires.
Par la suite, vous élargirez vos responsabilités pour englober des tâches opérationnelles et commerciales spécifiques aux chantiers.
Votre champ d'action couvre diverses missions, notamment:
- Assurer la gestion administrative quotidienne du projet, du lancement de la commande à l'émission des factures, en fournissant les rapports requis.
- Contribuer à une utilisation optimale des ressources humaines et matérielles sur le chantier.
- Participer à la surveillance du budget alloué au projet.
- Coordonner les activités des employés, agir comme point de contact en cas de problèmes, maladies, ou conflits de planning, tout en encourageant un esprit d'équipe à travers une approche collaborative.
- Veiller au strict respect des consignes de sécurité, en intervenant auprès des collègues qui ne les appliquent pas.
- Organiser les réunions de chantier, assurer un suivi rigoureux, et dispenser des briefings sur les règles du chantier, les exigences du client, les directives du responsable d'unité commerciale, etc.
- Participer activement à des initiatives d'amélioration continue sur le chantier afin de garantir un service optimal pour le client.
**Qualifications**:
- Vous détenez une formation technique de niveau bachelier et bénéficiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 à 5 ans dans ce domaine.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit analytique et tirez de l'énergie de la résolution quotidienne de problèmes.
- Votre flexibilité s'étend tant aux tâches qu'aux horaires, démontrant ainsi votre capacité à jongler avec plusieurs missions et à résister au stress.
- Vous disposez de solides compétences administratives.
- Vous maîtrisez les langues néerlandaise, française, et anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances d'Excel.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un certificat VCA ou êtes prêt(e) à l'obtenir à court terme.
