**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het team Market & Product Development Pension Benefits maakt deel uit van AG Employee Benefits, de marktleider op vlak van aanvullende pensioenen en gezondheidszorg. Dit team staat in voor de verkenning van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen de (verzekerings)wereld van aanvullende pensioenen en ontwikkelt, vernieuwt en ondersteunt de pensioenoplossingen voor grote Belgische ondernemingen.

We zijn op zoek naar een **Product Manager Pensioen** voor dit team:

- Je volgt en analyseert de marktomgeving van de aanvullende pensioenen, nieuwe trends en onze concurrentiële positie. Je vertaalt deze vervolgens in mogelijke productinnovaties, diensten of zelfs commerciële acties.
- Je volgt je projecten van A tot Z op, van marktonderzoek tot de implementatie, overlegt met verschillende departementen (sales, juristen, actuarissen, beheerders, IT,...) en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je stelt verkoopargumentatie op, rekening houdend met en inspelend op de evoluerende communicatiebehoeften van onze klanten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van onze producten en concepten, en kan hiervoor rekenen op ondersteuning van communicatie experten en administratieve hulp.
- Je bewaakt de klantentevredenheid en -retentie en ontwikkelt mee ideeën rond dienstverlening.
- Je draagt bij tot de vormgeving en uitwerking van de Employee Benefits strategie.

- Je hebt kennis van of interesse in aanvullende pensioenen, sparen en beleggen.
- Je slaagt erin abstracte ideeën te concretiseren, op korte termijn acties te realiseren zonder de lange termijndoelstellingen uit het oog te verliezen.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en bent analytisch ingesteld.
- Je bent in staat de behoeften van de klant te vertalen in productkenmerken en hebt inzicht in de belangrijkste marketingconcepten.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en je kan zelfstandig werken om je projecten tot een goed einde te brengen. Je bent voorstander van een klantgerichte aanpak in alle aspecten van je werk.
- Je communiceert vlot, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, in Nederlands of Frans, en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Kennis van het Engels is een troef.
- Je bent goed vertrouwd met de MS Office toepassingen Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma met een economische oriëntatie, Masterdiploma in Verzekeringen (of vergelijkbaar) en/of hebt professionele ervaring in het domein van aanvullende pensioenen of levensverzekeringen.
