**Quality Assurance GMP Specialist**:
Braine-l'Alleud - contracting

Our partner is looking for a **QA GMP Specialist** to join its team. This international company is well-known for its pharmaceuticals and vaccines.

**What are your responsibilities ?**:

- Execute the strategy for the GMP/GDP Corporate Quality System aligned with the overall company Patient Value Strategy and objectives.
- Escalate any GMP/GDP or transversal QMS related issue to the respective QMS Governance Body and define actions in collaboration. Consult with Head GxP QMS for QMS transversal impact.
- Serve as single point of contact for all questions/process improvement initiatives/projects related to GMP/GDP QMS in deputization for GMP/GDP QMS Lead.
- Deputize in leading the GMP/GDP QMS Governance, in alignment with the enterprise QMS framework.
- Assess the effort (resources, systems, organization) and impact of any continuous improvements requests and/or additions of new processes to their QMS to prioritize the execution of the before mentioned aspects.
- Ensure continuous alignment with principles and ways of working of QMS across the different functional areas through engaging with key stakeholders, functional teams, and Process Owners.
- Lead or participate to QMS Workstreams, depending on the topic where assigned.
- Drive overall communication on QMS-related topics within functional organization where assigned (such as GMP/GDP QMS meeting, Yammer communication, Quality eMagazin).
- Support the Head GxP QMS in the management/execution of GxP QMS activities.
- Provide guidance and expert advice to the organization, particularly with regard to the appropriate interpretation of national and international GMP/GDP regulations and guidelines.
- Support improvement initiatives, identified by senior management, in order to improve Quality Management processes, associated systems, stakeholder engagement and their effectiveness.

- Experience in GMP quality management system
- Soft skills: good and proactive communication, a lot of connectivity is needed with the different teams.
- Attention to details is very important
- Language: EN = must, FR if possible but not essential
