**Omschrijving**:
Digital zorgt voor het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en het beheer van alle ICT-systemen van het bedrijf en staat in voor alles rond business toepassingen, infrastructuur en technische aspecten. Onze interne ontwikkelingen draaien in meerdere datacentra en in de cloud en zijn toegankelijk langs meerdere kanalen. We ontwikkelen ook onze eigen producten voor gasstroombeheer die we commercialiseren en ondersteunen. Onze interne ontwikkelingen worden gecombineerd met kant-en-klare producten, Cloud toepassingen en diensten van Office 365.
Om dit alles in goede banen te leiden beschikken we over een “office of the CIO” waar de projectportefeuilles worden opgevolgd, de budgetten worden beheerd, de manier van werken wordt bepaald, uitgeprobeerd en bijgestuurd en de afspraken met andere entiteiten binnen Fluxys worden vormgegeven.
Voor dit team zoeken we een extra collega die zal helpen om onze organisatie meer “product oriented” te maken -, maar die ook algemeen kan bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de werkwijzen binnen Digital.
We hebben verschillende tracks voor ogen, maar zoeken in eerste instantie iemand die de volgende competenties/ervaringen aan de ploeg toevoegt:
- Projectleiding van een change traject waarbij zowel personen buiten als binnen Digital betrokken zijn.
- Het gradueel invoeren van een “product-georiënteerde” organisatie.
- Ervaring in het opzet van interacties op governance niveau.
- De inzet van coaches kunnen vormgeven - extra plus als je wat hands-on wil gaan en af en toe als coach mee kan inspringen.
- De link zien in andere processen die mee kunnen helpen de verbeteringen vorm te geven of de juiste richting in te nudgen.
**Profiel**
At least be able to follow passively a conversation in both of our national languages Dutch & French (this is a must) and fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well, you need a richly filled backpack to address the challenges above.
Technical Skills
- A strong background (e.g. master level) which you combine with a solid experience [probably you have been working for 10 years+ now]. The experience can come from a variation of ICT roles, from consultancy or from non-ICT experiences that have prepared you for this challenge.
- A familiarity with “how to do ICT” (essential)
- Always nice if you have some typical frameworks in your toolbox of experience.
