Wij zijn **lifecycle-ingenieurs** die **duurzame energieconcepten** voor de gebouwen van morgen verkennen **en technische installaties ontwikkelen**, testen en optimaliseren. Onze expertise omvat consultancy, engineering, commissioning en optimalisatie. **Je takenpakket**:

- Je bent het **aanspreekpunt** rond technische installaties in onze **uiteenlopende en uitdagende projecten**. Je bent getriggerd om te zoeken naar de meest innovatieve technieken.
- Je vertaalt de noden en wensen van de klant in een kwalitatieve en duurzame oplossing.
- Je **stuurt en begeleidt** een projectteam: project engineers, BIM-modelleurs, site supervisors en administratieve collega’s.
- Je **coördineert** het project van a tot z en bent dus ook het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en andere externe partijen. Je communiceert de feedback naar het team.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van **de timing, de kwaliteit en het budget**.
- Je begeleidt en controleert de uitvoering en oplevering, met ondersteuning van een site supervisor.
- Je neemt **ownership** op van A tot Z.
