**Jouw opdracht**

Als IT Lead bepaal je de strategie en de evolutie van het IT gebeuren in lijn met de noden van het bedrijf en de vooropgestelde budgetten. Je doet dit in samenwerking met een klein team van drie personen voor onze Benelux regio waar je ook de leiding over neemt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan Global IT.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle lokale IT-behoeften van onze kantoren in de Benelux, gaande van databasebeheer en rapportage tot netwerk
- en serverbeheer. Je implementeert het globale en lokale IT-beleid, volgt de procedures en staat in voor de architectuur, beveiliging en noodherstel van de volledige IT infrastructuur en de hieraan gerelateerde toepassingen.

Je bent graag operationeel bezig en helpt daardoor onze business via een vlotte IT-service als tweede
- en derdelijns support.

Je rol beslaat drie cruciale domeinen;
- People & Strategy (20%)
- Infrastructure (40%)
- Business support (40%)

1. People & Strategy (20%)

People
- Het vertalen van bedrijfsobjectieven in IT Team objectieven.
- Coachen en ondersteunen van de mensen binnen het IT-team met als doel hen te doen groeien en excelleren, door loopbaantrajecten te definiëren, loopbaanambities te bespreken, duidelijke doelen en verwachtingen te stellen en zinvolle feedback te geven.
- De cultuur van continue verbetering en operationele uitmuntendheid binnen het team promoten en uitdragen en dit in lijn met onze manier van werken (Eurofins Digital Testing en Cyber Security organisatiecultuur).
- Je speelt een actieve rol in rekrutering en werkt samen met ons HR Team om de juiste noden -qua medewerker-s voor het team in te vullen.

Strategy
- Actief meedenken en -werken aan globale IT initiatieven.
- Een adviserende rol betreffende IT topics voor de hele organisatie.
- Selectie en implementatie van bedrijfstoepassingen, steeds in samenspraak met management en in lijn met de vooropgestelde verwachtingen.
- Het regelmatig evalueren van de IT Strategie in samenwerking met Global IT.
- Het jaarlijks opstellen en bewaken van het IT Budget.
- Periodieke IT rapportage.
- Het opvolgen van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen de IT sector.

2. Infrastructure (40%)
- Continue monitoring van de volledige IT Infrastructuur en tijdige reactie bij gerapporteerde problemen.
- Het uitrollen van nieuwe applicaties, servers en netwerken in overeenstemming met het globale en lokale beleid.
- End-user computer park (voornamelijk laptops) up-to-date houden (hardware en software).
- Beheren van contracten betreffende third party IT Services (support contracten, SaaS contracten, software licenties ).
- Het schenken van de nodige aandacht aan security in alle aspecten van het werk.
- Het opvolgen van de bestaande back-up procedures en bijsturen waar nodig alsook back-up en data recovery procedures opstellen, toepassen en op regelmatige basis testen.

3. Business support (40%)
- Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle IT noden en oplossingsgerichte ondersteuning bieden aan de business.
- Het beheren van de voornamelijke mobiele telefonievloot en up-to-date inventaris bijhouden van alle IT assets.
- Het opvolgen van de operationele IT vragen en noden binnen de organisatie.
- Dagelijkse opvolging van support calls aan de hand van de prioriteiten.
- Het bieden van IT ondersteuning van de business in projecten (end-user compute, servers, netwerken...).

**Kwalificaties**
- Je hebt min. 5 jaar ervaring met IT Support en beheer van IT infrastructuur.
- Coachende en ondersteunende houding naar je team en interne klanten.
- Goede kennis van Windows Server en bijhorende technologieën (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, ADFS ).
- Goede kennis van Linux servers en bijhorende technologieën (LAMP stack, Samba, DHCP )
- Ervaring met het opzetten en beheren van VMware omgevingen (ESXi, Vcenter )
- Ervaring met het opzetten van netwerken en servers in Azure (IaaS)
- Brede ervaring met Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Intune, Conditional Access, Application Proxy )
- Een goed begrip van firewall principes en het toepassen van netwerk en data security principes. Ervaring met Fortinet is een pluspunt.
- Brede kennis van netwerktechnologieën (TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, VLAN, )
- Ervaring met het beheren van databases, zowel MS-SQL als MySQL/MariaDB
- Een goed begrip van storage technologieën zoals SAN, NAS, RAID
- Het kunnen vertalen van bedrijfsnoden in IT oplossingen

**Kwalificaties**
- Je hebt min. 5 jaar ervaring met IT Support en beheer van IT infrastructuur.
- Coachende en ondersteunende houding naar je team en interne klanten.
