**Wat houdt deze uitdaging in?**

Als Key Account Support voor het departement ‘Large Accounts’, ben jij de sleutel tot het succes van de klanten. Je draagt bij aan een moeiteloze en efficiënte interactie, waardoor je aantoont meer te zijn dan een dienstverlener: een echte partner.
- Je bent lid van het Key Account team, waar je als exclusief adviseur optreedt voor een specifieke portefeuille van account.
- Je verzorgt het onboardingproces van nieuwe Large Account klanten en producten in samenwerking met interne departementen (Sales, Customer Success en Operations).
- Je werkt nauw samen met de Accountmanager bij het beheer van je klantenportefeuille: klantvergaderingen, opstart van nieuwe klanten, incidentenbeheer, verzoeken van de klant, etc.
- Je staat in voor het oplossen van complexe cases, met een nadruk op snelle en efficiënte oplossingen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de interactie tussen de klant en de diensten soepel, vlot, en doeltreffend verloopt. Hierbij deel je feedback om verbeterpunten te identificeren, processen en klantentevredenheid te optimaliseren.

**Jouw profiel als Key Account support**:

- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma.
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in klantenservice, idealiter met een focus op grote klanten.
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans.
- Passie voor service: Je vindt voldoening in het bedienen van klanten en streeft naar de best mogelijke service.
- Teamspeler met pit: Sterke communicatie
- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden, gecombineerd met energie en enthousiasme.
- Leergierig: Nieuwsgierigheid en een drive om te leren.
