**Environnement**:
La Banque Nationale de Belgique (BNB) recherche un(e) Expert(e) des Marchés Financiers pour son service « Paiements et Titres ».

Le service Paiements et Titres du département des Marchés Financiers gère le dépositaire central de titres opéré par la Banque Nationale de Belgique (NBB-SSS). Nos clients sont l’Agence Fédérale de la Dette pour le financement de la dette belge, l’Union Européenne pour le financement de programmes comme NextGenerationEU et des banques et entreprises nationales et internationales pour leurs besoins de financement sur le marché primaire mais également, en ce qui concerne les banques, le règlement des transactions de leurs clients sur le marché secondaire.

**Fonction**:

- vous êtes project manager pour de futurs projets qui vont introduire de nouvelles fonctionnalités au sein du NBB-SSS
- vous représentez le NBB-SSS dans les groupes de travail de l’Eurosystème de la structure de T2S au travers desquels vous contribuez au fonctionnement opérationnel et au développement de T2S en collaboration avec des banques centrales et d’autres CSDs (Clearstream Banking Frankfurt, Euroclear France, Iberclear, Euronext Securities Milano, etc.)
- vous contribuez à l’organisation, la coordination et la gestion des activités opérationnelles du NBB-SSS
- vous développez et entretenez un réseau de contacts internes et avec des partenaires externes en tant que participants du NBB-SSS et d’acteurs sur T2S
- vous donnez des formations ou des présentations durant les sessions d’informations
- vous aidez à la résolution de dossiers complexes en collaboration avec les financial account officers, les market system experts et Team Coördinator du NBB-SSS pour lesquels vous faites régulièrement appel à l’expertise du service juridique
- vous contribuez proactivement à l’amélioration continue des méthodes de travail
- vous contribuez à la stratégie du NBB-SSS
- vous participez à la gestion des risques et à la compliance du NBB-SSS

**Profil**:

- vous êtes de préférence, titulaire d’un master en sciences ou ingénierie économique (appliquée) ou commerciale, soit d’un master en droit ou IT, complété d’une formation dans des domaine financiers économiques
- vous êtes proactif(ve), pragmatique, orienté(e) solution et savez communiquer et dialoguer avec les représentants d’autres entités
- vous avez une connaissance approfondie des titres à taux fixe et du règlement de transactions sur titres ou un intérêt fort pour ces matières et êtes capable de les acquérir rapidement
- vous travaillez volontiers en équipe et êtes motivé(e), résistant(e) au stress et savez prendre des décisions
- vous cherchez à répondre aux attentes des clients du mieux possible dans toutes les circonstances
- vous avez un esprit innovant et vous êtes attiré(e) par le démarrage et la direction de nouveaux projets
- vous avez un talent pour créer une structure dans diverses circonstances
- vous avez un esprit analytique et de synthèse
- vous vous exprimez avec fluidité en anglais (niveau B2) et avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais (niveau B1)
- vous disposez de bonnes compétences de rédaction
- vous êtes disposé(e) à assister à des réunions ou formations hors de la Belgique et à assurer une permanence occasionnelle en dehors des heures de travail (à domicile ou sur le lieu de travail)
