**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het Data Protection Office Team helpt AG en zijn medewerkers bij de interpretatie en de implementatie van de GDPR. Het DPO-team dient voornamelijk te waken over de integriteit en de bescherming van de persoonsgegevens, en dit zowel op juridisch als op technisch vlak. De belangrijkste taken zijn het adviseren van de leidinggevenden binnen AG met betrekking tot de interpretatie en de implementatie van de GDPR, er over waken dat de GDPR correct toegepast wordt, de risico’s met betrekking tot de verwerking van de persoonsgegevens beoordelen, inbreuken in verband met persoonsgegevens onderzoeken en registreren, en tijdig antwoorden op de vragen van personen die hun rechten inzake toegang tot hun persoonsgegevens wensen uit te oefenen. Op basis van deze werkzaamheden dienen er ook tips en aanbevelingen geformuleerd te worden.
Om ons team te versterken, zoeken wij een **Data Protection **Manager**.
Jouw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Je coördineert de implementatie en uitvoering van de GDPR-richtlijn binnen AG en zijn dochterondernemingen, zoals bepaald door de regelgevende autoriteiten.
- Je zorgt voor de efficiënte werking van het DPO-team.
- Je volgt de interpretatie en evolutie van de GDPR en andere wetten over de bescherming van persoonsgegevens en de toepassing hiervan binnen de verzekeringssector. Je zet dit regelgevend kader om in een specifiek beleid dat jaarlijks geüpdatet wordt.
- Je houdt het register van de verwerkingsactiviteiten (DPR) bij, inclusief een tweejaarlijkse update, en je beheert de gegevensbeschermingseffectbeoordelingen (DPIA). Via het Risk Register volg je de conformiteit met de GDPR verder op. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de correcte afhandeling van datalekken en voor het verwerken van de verzoeken van betrokkenen wanneer deze hun rechten wensen uit te oefenen.
- Je rapporteert op trimestriële basis aan de bevoegde bestuursorganen (Risk Function Committee en Business Risk Committee).
- Als lid van het Data Protection Office ben je een bevoorrecht aanspreekpunt voor de toezichthoudende autoriteiten die bevoegd zijn op het gebied van de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.
- Je werkt nauw samen met andere diensten binnen AG en in het bijzonder met de Legal Teams, de informaticadiensten, de Decentralised Risk Managers (DRM) en de Decentralised Operational Risk Officers (DORO), maar ook met de algemene directie en de verschillende Business Lines (Non-Life Insurance, Life Insurance en Employee Benefits/Health Care).

- Je bent leergierig, analytisch, in staat om zelfstandig te werken en resultaten met het team te delen. Je kan een standpunt verdedigen en weet mensen te overtuigen.
- Je hebt ervaring om mensen te leiden en te motiveren, zowel in een hiërarchische als in een functionele organisatie.
- Je hebt kennis over risicomanagement en -processen, als ook over informatica-systemen.
- Je hebt ervaring in de verzekeringssector met nationale en Europese wetten en praktijken op het vlak van gegevensbescherming en kennis van GDPR. Je bent bereid om opleiding te volgen en je kennis met betrekking tot GDPR uit te breiden. GDPR - certificering is een pluspunt.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels. Je hebt een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
