Je informeert voortdurend en duidelijk onze Private & Wealth klanten over de prestaties van hun beleggingsportefeuille via diverse informatiekanalen en zo bouw je een duurzame en transparante klantenrelatie op.
**De job in een notendop**
- Je volgt het databeheer mee op van de private vermogenscontracten (zowel discretionair als advisory) alsook de My Portfolio contracten in het Portfolio Management Systeem (SimCorp Dimension) van Belfius Bank. Daartoe voer je op recurrente wijze diverse datacontroles uit om de kwaliteit van de data te garanderen (oa. reconciliaties van posities en transacties, valorisatiecontroles, performance controles, etc.).
- Je beheert de diverse (wettelijke) types van client reporting: van de day-to-day digitale reporting zichtbaar voor de klant op scherm in de bankkanalen (Belfius Direct Net, Belfius Mobile), over de verschillende PDF reportings die periodiek in het archief van de klanten ter beschikking gesteld worden en via brief of digitaal aan de klanten worden bezorgd tot finaal het opmaken van éénmalige of recurrente “op maat van de klant” gemaakte reportings.
- Je staat via de 2de lijnsopvolging mee in voor alle vragen en klachten van de Private & Wealth klanten die via de diverse kanalen gecentraliseerd worden (via de bankers, via de portfolio beheerders, via het contact center, via de klachtendienst, via family offices, etc.).

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende eigenschappen en skills:
- leergierigheid om je verder te verdiepen in de leefwereld van beleggings
- en vermogensrapportering;
- grote interesse in het werken met data, een analytische geest en logisch denkvermogen;
- teamplayer en collegialiteit is een evidentie;
- organisatorische skills, zowel op kantoor als op afstand;
- affiniteiten met de nieuwste technologieën;
- respecteren van de bankdiscretie.
