**Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?**:
Je werkt binnen de divisie Finance & Services en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van het team Boekhouding Leveranciers & Klanten. Je missie is het verzamelen, controleren en valideren van de financiële informatie alsook het voeren van de boekhouding binnen de cel Accounts Payable, in overeenstemming met de geldende boekhoudkundige en fiscale principes.
**Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?**:
- Je zorgt voor een snelle behandeling van de inkomende facturen.
- Je onderhoudt regelmatig contacten met alle departementen met betrekking tot de werking van de bestellingen/facturen/boekingen.
- Je werkt mee aan de jaarlijkse/driemaandelijkse/maandelijkse afsluiting, in overeenstemming met de aanvragen van de Algemene Directie en in coördinatie met het departement Controlling, IT, HR, Infrastructuur.
- Je controleert en analyseert de gegevens van de leveranciersboekhouding.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de boekhoudwetgeving en de procedures met betrekking tot de boekhouding nageleefd worden.
- Je controleert de boekhoudkundige gegevens en de verschillende wettelijke aangiftes (btw, Intrastat,) en zorgt ervoor dat ze in overeenstemming zijn.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de btw efficiënt aftrekbaar is in de boekhoudkundige operaties en dat de operaties goed geregistreerd worden volgens het boekhoudkundig kader.
- Je werkt mee aan de optimalisering van de boekhoudkundige processen van Accounts Payable (alsook algemene en analytische boekhouding) en van de statutaire reporting.
- Je bent het contactpunt voor onze leveranciers om te garanderen dat de betalingstermijnen gerespecteerd worden.
- Je begeleidt onze leveranciers bij hun overstap naar de elektronische facturatie.
- Je garandeert de goede uitvoering van de verschillende betalingscycli.
**Herken je je in dit profiel?**:
- Je beschikt over een diploma niveau Bachelor in de boekhouding (of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring in het vakgebied).
- Een eerste beroepservaring op het gebied van boekhouding is vereist.
- Je hebt goede kennis van de boekhoudwetgeving en de boekingsprocessen.
- Je hebt kennis van BTW en de mechanismen hierrond.
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, enz.), kennis van SAP is een plus.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Jouw persoonlijke kwaliteiten: uitstekende zin voor analyse en synthese, naleving van de boekhoudkundige regels, kritische ingesteldheid, goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheid, nauwgezetheid, discretie, enthousiasme.
