ACN plays a key role in the Proximus FIBER rollout, 85% of the home connects are realized by ACN.
Of which a majority is executed by our partners. you will play a crucial role in the national collaboration with our partners & local management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop outsourcing incentive strategy to contribute to better kpi's and customer experience.
- Responsible for outsourcing performance management - Developing a KPI driven dashboard.
- Contributing to more digitalization with the help of AI.
- You are the business system owner for our bill proposal tool, this is used for our monthly payment to our partners, representing more than €150M a year.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and oversee future enhancements to the bill proposal tool, incorporating user feedback.
- Advise management on priorities aligned with our business strategy and available IT budget.
- Present your advanced analyses and insights through clear and impactful presentations.
