As a Purchasing Officer, you will contribute to the entire purchasing process, involving the necessary preparation, placement and follow-up of the purchase orders. You will be responsible for the Procure-to-Pay activities.You will manage open purchase requisitions. You will send out tenders to potential suppliers and evaluate the presented offers.You will be responsible for selecting the suppliers after a thorough review. Additionally, you will create, send out and follow up purchasing orders.It will be your responsibility to expedite the deliveries. When it is required you will function as back-up for the receiving of the good.You will manage the blocked invoices. Therefore, you will perform the necessary analysis to determine the cause....
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
You have obtained a bachelor’s degree, preferably related to purchasing & procurement. An equivalent through experience will also qualify.You are knowledgeable concerning purchasing concepts. In addition, you have a technical affinity, which allows you to work well with a Technical Maintenance department.You possess a broad knowledge MS office. An excellent working knowledge of MS Excel is a must. Additional knowledge of SAP-functionalities will be an asset.You posses strong analytical skills, as well as strategic insight.You can communicate well with each audience, both internally and externally.You are fluent in English and Dutch. This entails both verbal and writing skills. In addition, you are a team player, but you are also able to work autonomously. You feel comfortable within an environment where priorities can change.
